To report a claim on your Motor or Home insurance policy, please call our claims notification helpline on 0845 241 6039.
Please note that you must report all incidents to us within 48 hours, even if you are not claiming. Failure to do so will make you personally liable for any claims that are pursued against you.
When you call, please have your current Certificate of Insurance and the details of the event ready, as we will need these to begin processing your claim.
