Is my garden shed and its contents covered under my policy?
Yes, although the limits vary per insurer.

How quickly will I receive my insurance documents?
Your documents will be sent out to you within 24 hours of purchase. Policy documents are also available to download from the Infocentre section of this website.

Can I get instant cover?
New policies can be purchased and cover can be arranged, if required, to start immediately.

I live in a rented property, can you insure my contents?
Yes although the limits vary per insurer.

Do I get a discount if I have an alarm?
Some of the insurers on the Motor and Home Direct panel offer a discount for alarms dependent on the system installed.

You can add Breakdown Cover (including Homestart), European Breakdown Cover, Legal Expenses, Key Cover and Excess Protection to your policy.

What levels of cover do you offer?
We offer fully comprehensive, third party fire and theft and third party only cover.

Am I insured to tow a trailer or caravan?
Third party liability cover is granted although this does not extend to cover the trailer or caravan itself.

How quickly will I receive my insurance documents?
Your documents will be sent out to you within 24 hours of purchase. Policy documents are also available to download from the Infocentre section of this website.

Can I get a quote without the vehicle registration number?
Yes you can get a quote without your registration number however this will be required if you choose to purchase the policy.

What is NCD?
No Claims Discounts (NCD), also referred to as No Claims Bonus, is a discount given to drivers who have not claimed on their car insurance policy for a set period. Each year the driver does not make a claim they are rewarded with another years NCD which equates to a larger discount at policy renewal.

Can I get instant cover?
New policies can be purchased and cover can be arranged, if required, to start immediately.

Can I temporarily add a driver?
